- Tier I technicians provide solutions to customer’s basic issues. 70 to 80% of customer problems can be solved by our TI technicians. We’re prepared to provide this level of assistance on a 24/7 basis.
- Tier II technicians are here to solve more complex problems. Accordingly, they are more experienced and knowledgable that their subordinate TI technicians.
- Tier III technicians are experts in their fields and are responsible for not only assisting both Tier I and Tier II personnel, but with the research and development of solutions to new or unknown issues.
